Having previously done a fortnightly feeding programme in London the club are now concentrating their efforts on addressing local needs.
Redbridge Welcome Centre, which is located on Green Lane Ilford, is a new community and homeless project. It is a day centre and provides advice on benefits, drugs and alcohol related issues .Rough sleepers get free breakfast on every Wednesday and Friday.
Volunteers of Lions Club of Fairlop get the food prepared from Gudhwara Singh Sabha London East, Seven Kings and deliver to the Welcome Centre. The hot food is delivered on a fortnightly basis every Wednesday It is free service.
